Coronavirus Fear and the Immune System

These are strange times. We believe that they will go down as wonderfully interesting times as well, having learned more about ourselves and how we can overcome. But at this moment, we have fear, that has in some cases turned into excessive fear and panic. Coronavirus fear is only productive until it isn’t. Excessive fear about Coronavirus will hurt your immune system, the very thing we need to be functioning optimally at this point.

How do you want to protect yourself right now against the Coronavirus?

Improve, enhance and optimize your immune system. Start by understanding that Coronavirus fear and anxiety lowers the immune system. Researchers and physicians* have shown that people feeling this way are more vulnerable to illness and less likely to make a quick recovery.

But there is also evidence that a poor immune system in turn leads to more anxiety and fear! It is a viscous cycle.

There are answers. We have some of them here on this blog and this website. Just knowing and accepting that will begin to help with your immune system and your overall mindset. Please take advantage of what we have here to help with your immune system and to provide some reality on the situation out there. The Coronavirus will pass and we will be fine.

Taking action on your own behalf is often one of the best ways to help yourself and your mindset. Use some of the solutions you find here and you will be on your way.
